Wes Martin

Wes Martin is the Managing Director and Director of Education at ºìÌÒÊÓƵ Institute, where he blends over 20 years of industry experience with a decade of educational leadership. Since 2013, he has helped lead the school through major growth, including online program expansion, course development, and accreditation success.

Before ºìÌÒÊÓƵ, Wes built a career as a touring guitarist, producer, mastering engineer, and published songwriter, with credits on major label releases and music licensing placements across film and television. He is also the author of Mix With Your Ears, Not Your Eyes, a guide for audio professionals.

Wes brings a unique mix of creative expertise and operational leadership, all driven by a commitment to student success.
